In this Enterprise Ireland CareerFIT-PLUS project, we are aiming to design particular polymer-based vesicular platforms as drug vehicles for applications in hormone therapy. To be able to describe the vesiculation and monitor the drug delivery process, we are developing and implementing molecular dynamics, coarse-graining, and meso-scale modelling methodologies.
